Our Facility

The Frank Wills Memorial Hall has has 3 spaces available to rent; our Main Hall & Kitchen, our upstairs Rec Room and the Kitchen which can be rented independently.

As with any venue we highly recommend booking a viewing to fully appreciate what the hall has to offer.

As well as the indoor space the hall also has an extended car park and outdoor space you can utilize at your events.

Main Hall

The main hall can be rented for weddings, classes, family and corporate events. The main hall boasts a large space with full or dimmed lighting, easy to assemble stage area, round or rectangular tables, two types of chairs a portable podium and white screen.
Main hall dimensions: 26ft x 62ft

Capacity:

• 220 Chairs only – auditorium style setup
• 150 max with tables and chairs although 130 is highly recommended due to space – viewing is recommended.

Rec Room

On the main side of the building up a flight of stairs is our Rec Room. This room is a multi functional room. It is used for Yoga, Music Lessons, Pre-School Classes and regular group Meetings.

It is a great space for small parties and events.

The room dimensions are: 28ft x 21ft

The capacity is 30 people with tables and chairs and viewing of the space is highly recommended.

Full Catering Kitchen

The venue boasts a fully certified Catering Kitchen. The space includes an industrial fridge freezer, fridge, two industrial ovens and industrial steam dishwasher. Included in the kitchen rental is a full white dinner set, cups, saucers, silverware, catering urns and a range of glassware. Cooking and serving equipment is also provided.
