Dreaming of your perfect day does not always have to cost as much as you think. Here at the Frank Wills Hall we take the time to meet with our couples, to hear what is most important to them and to help them build the perfect Wedding Package for their special day. We have hosted many Weddings over the years and our friendly approach to our couples creates a relaxed environment for our Brides and Grooms.
Flat Rate: Our flat rate all day rental for the Venue is $600.00 – this includes:
- Twinkle Ceiling Lights throughout the hall
- Range of Wedding Table Décor available
- 14 round / 25 rectangular Tables & Chairs
- Bluetooth Sound System
- 2 cordless Microphones & Podium
- White Porcelain Dinner Service
- Flatware
- Tea & Coffee Cups & Saucers, Teapots and Thermal Coffee Pots.
- Vintage Tea Sets
- Wine Glasses
- Décor & Tissues in all Washrooms
At additional cost you can rent:
- White Table Linens: $12 per linen
- White Chair Covers: $3.00 per chair
- Table & Chair Set up: $100.00
- Cleaning post event: $150.00
- K and M Bartending. Pro serve bartenders who will tend to your guests every need
What you need to know at a glance:
- You must obtain a liquor licence and PAL/event insurance if serving alcohol at your event.
- We require a $250.00 damage deposit.
- If you do not hire janitorial services, you must clean and leave the venue in the condition in which you found it.
- If you require access the night before this is available at an additional cost.
